Nothing But the Wax: CHICHIA LONDON entre nouveau style et nouvelle stratégie...

Un peu de douceur, de fraicheur et de fleurs avec la dernière collection de Chichia London, dont je vous présentais déja le travail ici et ici !

J'aime suivre mes designers coup de coeur, et je constate avec plaisir leur évolution, notamment Chichia London que je suis depuis 3ans maintenant et qui opère selon moi un nouveau virage à la fois au niveau du style et d'un point de vue stratégique.

En effet, la jeune londonienne d'origine tanzanienne, nous reviens avec non pas une mais deux collections : la SS 14 et la "Luxe concept".

J'aime beaucoup ces 2 collections, qui ont ce je ne sais quoi de très japonisant, avec un vrai travail sur les coupes, une certaine asymétrie très appréciable, ces jolis dos nus et toujours cette présence du tissu kanga typique de Tanzanie. Chichia London affirme d'avantage son style en mélangeant les imprimés, les matières en mode Mix&Match comme le dit la formule consacrée. Je constate également une nouvelle stratégie commerciale avec la mise en place d'une nouvelle gamme de produits, sur un positionnement dit "luxe", que je qualifierais plutôt de premium, mais qui reste dans la lignée de la SS14 en termes de rendu final. L'idée étant d'atteindre une nouvelle cible, sur un segment plus élevé.

Perso, j'ai un coup de coeur sur la combinaison à queue...ci-dessous.

SS 14, Chichia London

A little of sweetness, of freshness and flowers with the last collection of Chichia London, which I have already presented you the work here and here!

I like following my designers blow of heart, and I notice with pleasure their evolution, notably Chichia London whom I am following since 3 years now and which operates according to me a new bend at the level of the style and of the strategic point of view.

Indeed, the young Londoner from Tanzanian origin, return to us with not one but two collections: SS 14 and " Luxe concept ".

I like very much these 2 collections, which have this little something very Japanese, with a true work on cuttings, a certain sense of asymmetry, these beautiful bare backs and always this presence of the typicalfabric from Tanzania, the Kanga.

Chichia London asserts more its style by mixing printed matters, Mix*Match as one says in fashion industry. I also notice a new commercial strategy with the set up of a new range of products, said to be "luxury", which I would qualify rather of premium, but which stays in the lineage of the SS14 in terms of final depiction. The idea is to reach a new target, on a higher segment.

Personnaly, I have a blow of heart on the jumpsuit with tail just below!
