Last week, I attended to the pre-event launching of Diesel+Edun Project, in a Diesel's shop in Montorgueil neighborhood. It was like an appetizer, before the big party of the day after, and it was really a good moment. A mini bar was set up with ginger, eucalyptus juices, mojito with mango etc... At this stage, i told myself "we are in the subject". It's only details but for those who know these dishes it's not harmless. Well I stop talking about food... yes i'm very greedy.
The Dj was very good and with my friend Dolorès we can't resist to the appeal of the dance floor. The atmosphère was really nice and very intimist.
We also assisted to Benjamin Clementine's mini-concert just a piano and his voice...wonderful. I had already heard about him, i had even missed one of his concert on Paris and he was just here, in front of me, bare feet, hair in the wind (I'm joking), singing ... he was just Amazing!!!

J'ai pu parler avec Tanya, Sy Alassane et Innocent du collectif I see a different you.
Some of the muses of the Diesel + Edun project attended to the event, so i decided to talk to them, in order to have their feelings. I could talk to Tanya, Sy Alassane and Innocent From "I see a different you". The three of them were very nice and above all genuwine!
I think Innocent was maybe the one who touched me the most. He told me that his brothers and him were very thankful to God for everything happened to them. They had accepted to be part of this project "Studio Africa" because it's a way to show another side of Africa, that Africa was able to take up the economical challenge like for example to set up a real African textile industry. He told me also that they like the project since it enables to highlight African artists and particularly their work as photographers. Indeed, they have set up an exhibition, which will travel from Tokyo to Paris and other Europeans countries.
very humble and always smiling, that's what i keep in memory from this young talented man.
