Le 28 juillet 2016, le blog Nothing But the Wax fêtait ses 6 ans!! C'est donc dans cette semaine anniversaire que je choisi de mettre un clap de fin à cette belle aventure car ce post est mon dernier.
Je vous l'avoue, ce moment je l'ai retardé maintes et maintes fois. Mine de rien cela me fait un petit pincement au coeur car j'ai grandi avec ce blog, véritable cocon et marqueur temporel de mon évolution et exploration personnelle durant ces dernières années. Mes voyages, concerts, analyses et coup de coeur sur la mode africaine y sont consignés. Impossible pour moi de vous résumer 6 ans en un seul et unique post.
Sachez que ce blog m'a apporté un équilibre, épanouissement intellectuel, humain et professionnel immense. Je ne vous remercierais jamais assez pour vos mots doux, commentaires et toute la bienveillance que vous avez eu à mon égard. Ce blog m'a fait grandir, à mon tour de le faire murir également!
Créer un média c'est tout une aventure. Des obstacles, épreuves, erreurs il y'en aura sûrement, parfois même des montagnes à gravir. Mais je ne doute pas de l'épanouissement, du bonheur, des épiphanies et des rires qui m'attendent. Le crowdfunding en a été un très bel exemple.
